This is a running cost, not just fuel — it covers wear as well, which is why it sits above the pump-price-only figure. Put your own vehicle's number in. If your day is worth costing, add it under other costs. Van hire applies to the half and full pallet tiers only.

Transport figures are ballpark ranges, not quotes. Real prices turn on access, stairs, whether the auctioneer will load you, and how far ahead you book. On bidding platforms where drivers compete for the job, the earlier you post it the cheaper it gets. Most auctioneers give you a two or three day collection window and won't store the lot after it closes, so line transport up before you bid.

Transport quotes are treated as tax-inclusive, which is how they are advertised to private buyers. If your haulier quotes ex-tax, the reclaim figure will be understated. Other costs are treated as already-net and carry no tax either way.
